1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of the holiday apartments "Fineline Stays" by the host to the guest, as well as to all associated services.

2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract

By making a booking via a booking platform (e.g. Airbnb, Smoobu, or via direct request), the guest submits a binding offer to conclude a rental agreement. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking.

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in advance according to the terms of the respective platform or as individually agreed. For direct bookings, a deposit of 50% is usually required, with the remaining amount due no later than 7 days before arrival.

4. Cancellation and No-Show

The cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking applies. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full rental price remains due.

5. Use of the Accommodation

The accommodation may only be used by the number of persons specified at the time of booking. Unregistered guests, parties, commercial use, or events are not permitted. The house rules are part of these Terms and Conditions and must be observed by the guest.

6. Arrival and Departure

Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m., and check-out must take place by 11:00 a.m. Deviations are only possible by prior arrangement.

7. Liability and Damages

The guest is liable for any damage to the accommodation or its inventory caused during their stay. Damages must be reported immediately. Additional costs may apply for lost keys.

8. Pets

Pets are only allowed upon prior request and with explicit approval.

9. Use of Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The guest agrees not to distribute illegal content or violate any applicable laws while using it.

10. Cancellation by the Host

In cases of force majeure or unforeseen unavailability of the accommodation (e.g. due to water damage), the host reserves the right to cancel the contract. Any payments already made will be fully refunded.

11. Severability

Clause Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

12. Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is the registered location of the host, provided this is legally permissible.
